5 Tips to Help Look After Your Kids' Health

EARLY TO BED

As a parent myself, this isn't always the easiest of things to follow. But it is the one thing that has the biggest positive impact.

HAVE THEM DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

When 60% of our bodies is water, keeping those levels topped up is key. It helps flush key systems and keep them functioning at tip-top level.

GET THEM TO EAT ENOUGH FRUIT & VEGGIES

A balanced diet & kids don't always go hand in hand. But I make sure to squeeze goodness into everything whether it's a smoothie, pasta sauce or a sandwich.

APPROPRIATE USE OF HEALTH SUPPLEMENTS

Building on Tip 3, make sure they're getting all the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that they need. Ensure it is always in liquid form (especially for immune support) and always from all-natural sources.

EXERCISE / ACTIVITY

Humans are designed to move. And growing kids need to learn all kinds of movements like crawling, walking, running, kicking, throwing, balancing, climbing and more.

I hope these tips helped - I know it is what we try to follow.

Cheers,
